It was surprisingly open. I liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe and I liked seeing the staff committed. The waiter in the restaurant was so helpful (Chase) and he was absolutely the pillar of service. He was not overbearing, but he anticipated what you needed and even offered options to see if you would like something different. Now that is service!

the upgraded bathrooms were great! Except no tub to bathe my little one. But the water pressure was great and lots of hot water. The breakfast was amazing!

The hotel was a nice unique set-up. Staff was very friendly and helpful.The restaurant had pretty good food.

It was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Having the bar, lounge, pool, laundry facilities, and breakfast buffet makes it convenient for the customer's.

The TV worked great, and the HDMI ports on it allowed me to plug my laptop in and watch my Netflix. The staff was helpful when I got locked out of my room.
