It looks like an older property, but was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I LOVED the big window in the room & it had a total blackout shade that WORKED! It didn’t have the loud AC under the window like most hotels do. It was more like a central unit with a quiet fan that ran constantly- so we weren’t awakened all night long by the AC! Great sleep & a wonderful shower!

It was surprisingly open. I liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe and I liked seeing the staff committed. The waiter in the restaurant was so helpful (Chase) and he was absolutely the pillar of service. He was not overbearing, but he anticipated what you needed and even offered options to see if you would like something different. Now that is service!

Convenience was exceptional I will always stay there and tell my family and friends they saved our road trip holiday inn refused to honor our reservations because I lost my id and my granddaughter wasn’t 21

Rooms are nice and comfy with nice walk in shower. Bed is comfy, pillows, well everyone is used to one at home so that's that.

the upgraded bathrooms were great! Except no tub to bathe my little one. But the water pressure was great and lots of hot water. The breakfast was amazing!
